Restaurant Policies
We're excited for the opportunity to host you at Sparrow, our rooftop oasis perched at the top of the 25th floor of the Dalmar Hotel. If you've made reservations with us, one of our friendly hosts will be on the ground floor to greet you as soon as you arrive and get you checked in. Once you are checked in, we will show you to our dedicated Sparrow elevator to take you up to the rooftop.
While walk-ins are always welcome, please be advised that once Sparrow has reached capacity we will begin a waitlist that is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. Our list does fill up rather quickly during peak hours so we do recommend making a reservation in advance of your visit to Sparrow. We will do our best to accommodate all waitlist guests as quickly as we can, and if you need a recommendation on a nearby spot to grab a drink while you wait, we'd be happy to point you in the right direction. We appreciate your patience!
Dinner Reservations:
5pm - 9pm: Thursday - Sunday
Lounge Reservations:
9pm - 12am: Thursday - Sunday
Lounge reservations do carry a $50 per person minimum and do require a credit card to hold at the time of your booking. In order to accommodate as many reservations as possible, there is a two-hour limit at tables, however, we'd be happy to continue hosting you at the bar or outside on Sparrow's patio. We will hold your reservations for 15 minutes after which a $25 per person no-show fee will be applied.

Buyouts are available Monday - Wednesday
Dress Code Policy:
Your comfort is our main priority; however, to enhance the experience of all of our guests, we ask that you dress in a fashion that complements the atmosphere. Please avoid beachwear, athletic jerseys, and athletic shorts, as well as sleeveless shirts and sandals for gentlemen.
